The warranty covers any defect or breakage of the insole only. PLS Insoles warrants the product only and is not responsible in whole or in part for any other material. Wash and air dry them and return both insoles to the address below. For hygienic reasons, dirty insoles will not be replaced. You must send a copy of your warranty card. Please allow 7 – 10 business days to receive your replacement insoles.

Online Registration
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to register your online warranty. By registering your warranty online, you no longer need to save your warranty card for proof of purchase. We will have your information available. If you need a replacement pair, wash and dry your defective insoles and return them to the address above. All you need to include is your name and e-mail address. You will receive your replacement pair in 7 – 10 business days!
